The entire machine tool consists of major components such as the bed, headstock, carriage, tool post, boring bar device, tailstock, chuck, cooling system, hydraulic system, protective cover, and electrical system.
CTK61100/125/140L is a horizontal flat-bed CNC turning and boring lathe, controlled by the SIEMENS 828D CNC system.
The machine bed features is V+flat guide rail,one more 45 degree auxiliary guide rail on the side of the mahine bed, with medium-frequency hardened guide rail surfaces. The headstock adopts a hydraulic four-speed gearbox. The tool post is equipped with a vertical four-station electric turret. The tailstock has a split upper-lower structure and it is fitted with a simple protective device. Both transverse transmissions utilize ball screw pairs. longitudinal transmissions is by precise helical rack and pinion. The main motor is driven by an AC servo motor.

Machine bed:
The machine bed is a floor-mounted structure with a width of 755 mm, made of high-strength resin sand-cast HT300 material. It features a "one V, one flat + 45° auxiliary guideway" design with deep medium-frequency hardening for secondary regrinding. Internal "W"-shaped ribs enhance rigidity and reduce deformation. The bed includes a rear chip evacuation slope and arched doors for easy chip and coolant removal.

Headstock:
The headstock is a monolithic structure directly mounted on the bed, offering high cutting rigidity and precision stability.
The spindle adopts a three-point support system,The front end serves as the fixed support, while the middle and rear ends act as floating supports.
The primary load-bearing points are at the front and rear, with the middle providing auxiliary support.Axial positioning is set at the front end, allowing the spindle to expand rearward when heated, effectively eliminating the impact of thermal elongation on machining accuracy.
The main drive of the headstock is powered by an EMG servo motor with a hydraulic four-speed gearbox, ensuring superior spindle rigidity, load capacity, smooth rotation, and high precision.
Lubrication system: The headstock uses a high-pressure oil lubrication system, with a dedicated oil pump to lubricate gears and bearings while reducing temperature. The spindle front end features a dual-seal structure (labyrinth + gear groove) to prevent oil leakage and foreign particle ingress.

Carriage,tool post
The carriage is designed for heavy-duty turning and boring.

The machine is driven by servo motors, with X utilizing ball screw assemblies for transmission. The X-axis ball screw measures φ50×10 in diameter, the ball screws are supported by angular contact ball bearing sets with large contact angles, adopting a "fixed-tension" support method to enhance the motion rigidity and operational accuracy of the screw systems.
Z axis driven by Taiwan M6 precision helical rack and pinion and precision gear reducer transmissin,CNC controller semil enclosed control,precision positioning.

Tailstock:
The tailstock center of this machine features a fixed structure, with manual extension/retraction of the tailstock sleeve.
The tailstock adopts a carriage-towing movement method.

To prevent slippage between the tailstock and bed during workpiece support, an anti-retraction rod is installed on the tailstock.
The tailstock center employs a heavy-duty rotating center.
Lubrication System:
The spindle bearings and internal gears are lubricated by a dedicated oil pump. The ball screw bearings and machine guideway lubrication points utilize an adjustable intermittent centralized lubrication system, effectively preventing oil waste while enhancing the machine's dynamic response characteristics and extending the service life of screws and guideways. The tailstock employs manual drip lubrication.
Hydraulic System:
This system enables gear shifting in the spindle headstock. The four-speed stepless of the spindle headstock is achieved through hydraulic cylinders and solenoid valves for automatic gear shifting.
Machine Operation Protection:
The equipment features basic protective covers and belt guards. The operation station is mounted on the carriage, moving synchronously with it for convenient operation.
Cooling System:
A complete cooling system is provided to cool both workpieces and tools, protecting workpieces and extending tool life.
Automatic Chip Conveyor and Cooling System:
The machine can be optionally equipped with a chain-type automatic chip conveyor integrated with a water tank and cooling pump, installed at the rear. The cooling pump delivers coolant to the tool post via piping, with used coolant returning through the bed's chip outlet to the conveyor for settling and recycling.
When the chip conveyor is not selected, the machine includes a chip tray and a 200L coolant tank with a high-head cooling pump to supply coolant to the tool post.

Boring Tool Holder Unit (Optional)
This machine can be equipped with a boring device for machining internal holes of workpieces. The boring device is mounted on a specially widened and reinforced slide. To enhance rigidity, the rear section of the boring bar is supported by linear guides installed on the carriage. Additionally, counterweights are added to the rear of the boring bar based on machining requirements to ensure precision. The boring bar features an internal coolant pipe for cooling the cutting tool.
