To ensure the stability of the basic components of the machine tool, we have taken the following measures:
Design structural optimization - minimize casting stress as much as possible,
Casting Material - Using high-quality casting raw materials and selecting castings from well-known casting factories.
Natural aging - fully release the internal stress of castings.
Heat treatment quenching and tempering - scientific calculation of heat treatment time control
Vibration aging - accelerates stress release in castings.
Precision machining of key components
Novatech has introduced world-class machining machines to ensure the accuracy of key components such as key parts surface
machining, guide rail surface, spindle gearboxes, and spindles.
We have the following machines for machining parts:
Japan brand SNK five face milling machine one set
Germany Heckert guide grinding machine
Soraluce ganty milling machine
JIer planer and milling center
Intermediate frequency quenching machine
Taiwan brand milling center
Admission of parts suppliers and selection of agents for well-known domestic and international brands.
We do not produce all parts of machine tools, but we adopt strict admission principles for supplier management.
We use HT300 grade for castings and Yishui Machine Tool Factory for the foundry.
We use exhibition agents for well-known domestic and foreign brand components such as bearings(many agents are selling fake brand parts,that’s the reason we select the right source to approach agent)
We have a strict supplier access system for all the component suppliers. For example,not than 50 people,not less than 10 years history and so on.
Production management
Production managemet directly affects product quality.
Our company has been focusing on the mechanical field for 20 years and has accumulated a sound management system.
A process oriented, institutionalized, and information-based management system can ensure orderly production.
Our company adopts Zhibang International ERP production management software to implement full process data management and information transmission from product component procurement, quality inspection plan, assembly control, packaging and shipping.
